Marcus Adeyemi

Marcus Adeyemi is the architect of FTAD's competition format. Before joining the organization, he spent six years as a technical steward in amateur motorsport, where he developed a deep appreciation for regulations that are simple, fair, and difficult to game. He brought that discipline directly into FTAD's rulebook.

As Director of Competition, Marcus oversees the event calendar, technical specifications, judging protocols, and officiating standards. He manages a network of volunteer judges and technical inspectors across all FTAD regions, and works directly with teams to answer rulebook questions before they become race-day disputes.

Marcus is a firm believer that the best competition formats are invisible — students should be thinking about their car, not the rulebook. His ongoing project is making that a reality.
