The Midwest Showcase was an exhibition event allowing teams to demonstrate their vehicles and engineering processes to peers, judges, and the public without competitive scoring pressure.
Every registered Midwest Region team was welcome to present. Judges provided structured feedback to each team.
9:30 AM — Pit Setup (Gymnasium, teams only)
10:00 AM — Opening Remarks (Gymnasium)
10:30 AM – 12:00 PM — Exhibition Round 1 (Gymnasium, judges rotate)
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM — Lunch (Cafeteria open)
1:00 PM – 3:00 PM — Exhibition Round 2 (Gymnasium, public welcome)
3:00 PM – 3:45 PM — Feedback Sessions (Classrooms, 15 min/team, teams only)
3:45 PM — Closing Remarks (Gymnasium)
