Sportsmanship
- Compete with integrity. Winning and losing with grace is a core FTAD value.
- Respect all competitors, judges, and event staff at all times.
- Disputes are resolved through official channels, never confrontation.
Professional Conduct
- Represent your chapter and school with professionalism at every event.
- Social media conduct at FTAD events reflects on the program as a whole.
- Any harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior results in immediate removal.
Safety
- Every participant is responsible for maintaining a physically and emotionally safe environment.
- Report any safety concern immediately to event staff — no concern is too small.
