We collect information you provide directly to us when creating an account, registering a chapter, or submitting an inquiry. This includes name, email address, school affiliation, and role within FTAD. We also collect usage data such as pages visited and features accessed.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to operate the FTAD platform, communicate event updates, verify chapter registrations, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information to third parties. Partner communications are opt-in only and clearly labeled.
3. Data Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your active participation plus 24 months. Inactive accounts are anonymized after 36 months. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@ftad.org.
